About Us
Odesa Strategic & Development Council
The Odesa Strategic Development Council is a standing advisory and expert body attached to the Odesa City Military Administration and the Odesa City Council
We are a think tank—an analytical center that brings together top experts and best practices to shape the strategy and development of Odesa for the coming decades. To this end, we rely on systematic research and international expertise.
We want Odesa to be not only a city with a rich history, but also a city with a bright future—a city that creates new opportunities, attracts partners and investments, and develops its culture and infrastructure
